I am fundraising for
The Westpac Rescue Helicopter Service! I’m taking part in the Base to Base Challenge this October to raise funds for this worthwhile charity.
I’ve got one full month to complete my mission on foot, whilst the Rescue Helicopter will be completing approximately 120 missions by air.
While I won’t come close to the Rescue Helicopter’s maximum speed of 310km/h, I will be doing my part to help save lives across Northern NSW.
The Westpac Rescue Helicopter provides urgent aeromedical assistance to over 1.5 million people, from Pre-Hospital Emergencies such as motor vehicle, farming and industrial accidents to Inter-Hospital Transfers of critically ill or injured. As a flying intensive care unit, the crew is able to stabilise patients on the scene or in the air before safely and rapidly delivering them to the most appropriate hospital.
All funds raised on my mission this October will help keep the Rescue Helicopters ready to respond to those who need it most so please make a donation and support my Base to Base mission.

Monday 6th Nov A Huge THANKS to all that have supported me so far. Whether it has been financially, acknowledgment, moral support, material support such as tyres, and TEAM Support...I couldn't have done it without this motivation and drive.... Now, I know my goal was originally $1000,- ( which is hey..a lot of money...but we are on the way to raising twice that!!!!!Tomorrow (Tuesday) 7th of November at 12:00 pm the sponsoring closes for the Base to Base Challenge for 2023..Perhaps we can make an EVENT of it next year....and clock up some K's together !!!!THANKS AGAIN Yours sincerely Nicole Share

Thursday 26th Oct Thanks again to all who have helped me get this much together for the WESTPAC RESCUE HELICOPTER...We are at $1781....Amazing! I received a donation even yesterday!...I can take on donations until the 7th of November. So if anyone would still like to contribute to the course, that would be absolutely awesome.We are running 5th I believe in the individual fundraising !! I've given the Giant a name !!
Thursday 12th Oct He....I guess, is now lovingly called "GeeGee".... Here's why...."G" for Giant.....Also " GeeGee" is in small childrens language also known as horse or Pony. Refering to "Horse Power".. (Although I"m the Horse Power) and my Father wrote a story about a orphaned foal he looked after up at Lockhardt River Settlement many years ago. The local indigenous children gave it he name of "GeeGee". Share
