What is the Cost ?

Each 5 day rider is asked to pay a ride fee which covers the following:

  • All meals including breakfasts, lunches, snacks and 2 course dinners
  • Quality cabin accommodation (no more than 3 per 2xbedroom cabin)
  • Support vehicles and support team
  • Final presentation evening on the Saturday night with a band, auction and entertainment 
  • A 2024 Ride to Fly MTB ride jersey, polo & helicopter ride socks

TOTAL COST $950 pp + $1500 fundraising minimum

Is Fundraising Compulsory ?

Yes, fundraising is compulsory each rider is required to raise a minimum of $1500

Fundraising can be done via

  • Your own fundraising page
  • Selling or purchasing one of the sponsorship packages
  • A personal donation
  • Holding your own event
  • Selling raffle tickets
  • Create your own polo shirt and sell logo positions to corporate companies
  • Come up with your own fundraising ideas!

Who can participate?

Anyone who is in good health and is over the age of 18.

Is a medical examination required before registering?

No, a medical examination is not required but it is recommended.  

Where do the funds raised go?

Every dollar you raise on the Ride to Fly MTB contributes to keeping the Rescue Helicopter Service available 24/7, 365 days a year.

Can my Employer sponsor me?
