I'm fundraising for...
The Westpac Rescue Helicopter Service and will be abseiling down the face of McDonald Jones Stadium on Friday 16 August 2024.
My primary motivation for taking on the Leaders Leap is to support the incredible work of the Westpac Rescue Helicopter Services. Over the years, Hunt Hospitality has raised funds for the service, through various initiatives, including raffles and fundraising events. Any opportunity to contribute to their life-saving efforts is one we eagerly embrace.
Additionally, my good friends Richard Jones and Pat Howard have encouraged me to take on this challenge.
The mere thought of heights makes my palms sweaty! However, participating in the Leaders Leap offers a unique opportunity to experience a fraction of what the brave rescue team at Westpac Helicopters face regularly. This experience not only challenges me personally but also helps everyone appreciate the hard work and dedication that goes into their life-saving missions.
